Delivery modes

How we deliver

By blending various delivery tools in one course occasion, we aim to create an “experience” for the attendees, rather than a mere training seminar. In order for the trainees to get the maximum benefit from a training program, we have developed a delivery style with a range of characteristics, which enables people to learn better and with fun.

The following delivery characteristics are actively employed:

Visualization: By using slide images as training material, we convey messages in a simpler way than by using only course textbooks.

Logical Transition from Theory to Exercises and Implementation: Introduction with theory serves as the basis for exercises and practical implementation, whereby the relevance of theory to the applied exercises is clearly explained.

Games and Role-Plays: enable knowledge assimilation in an enjoyable, motivating, engaging, memorable and thus highly effective way by putting the theory into practice.

Practical Exercises: are structured around implementing the knowledge attained.

Converse and Question: in an interactive training event, allows the participants to infer results and devise solutions through the instructors’ structured advisory approach.

Certificate of Successful Course Completion: since the participants are continuously actively engaged, after course completion a test is administered, and a certificate of successful course completion is issued.

Though, the effective training delivery -as an event – is in the center of our attention, the quality of the knowledge and competence transfer process does not culminate in the implementation of the seminar. In a wide sense the course event commences with planning and preparation and concludes with the follow-up.

During the Preparation phase we use our knowledge of the participants’/customers’ challenges, to customize the training course in order to meet exactly their requirements.

The Follow-up process is not limited to the typical course evaluation form. Throughout the training delivery, our instructors may identify areas for further improvement and after the course delivery they prepare a short Course Delivery Report with these findings, among others. In consultation with our partners/customers, we provide support on the next actions addressing those eventually challenging issues.
