Open versus Closed-Group Course

Open versus Closed-Group Course

Unlike customer-specific closed group courses, Open Courses are applicable for single candidates or small groups (2-3 persons), which join in a larger ad hoc group with similar learning interests and background.

An Open Course is a cost-efficient and flexible training delivery method, in particular for single candidates or small groups, as the course fee is essentially split among them.

Open Courses are usually run as Live Virtual Training sessions. The participants can enroll and attend either individually or as team members. T-Gate trainers’ primary goal in Open Courses is to create engaging sessions and inspire the attendees to exceed their personal expectations from the course, performing at the same time as one virtual team.

Open Courses are planned at predefined dates (find the program here) or can be scheduled upon request
