Recorded Asynchronous Learning

For short, overview level competence development, Recorded Asynchronous Learning is an appropriate delivery method in which the trainees can learn at their preferred time and at their own pace. It is based on access to video and to other training documentation resources. It is often called Location Independent Learning, because students can access the course from anywhere in the world.

Asynchronous learning allows flexibility for non-traditional learners and easily accommodates different learning styles. Students can often choose their own curriculum, i.e. the sequence with which they wish to cover content and how deep to dive into a given topic.

This learning method is particularly useful for programs addressing massive groups in large organisations as well as for individuals who wish to enrich their knowledge in areas of their interest.
