GSM and GPRS Signalling

Course Objectives

By the end of this course participants will acquire knowledge of Common and specific procedures used in GSM and GPRS, protocols in layer 3 and 2 as well as the physical layer, important traffic cases with explicit signaling messages in all interfaces involved (MS to MSC, MS to SGSN, MS to BTS, BTS to MSC, BTS to SGSN, SGSN to GGSN). Traces will be examined using air interface test tool.
